Andro Donovan is an international facilitator, speaker and consultant - and a published author. Andro helps high-performing CEOs and entrepreneurs become more effective leaders - with greater influence, effectiveness and perspective - and an enhanced sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.

After 15 years of working with blue chip companies in the City of London UK as a management consultant - and witnessing many burnt-out CEOs - Andro set up AD Consulting and developed a new and unique approach to leadership and team coaching. On her Transformational Fulfilment Retreats Andro creates safe environments for deep personal transformation - both individually and in collaboration. She works extensively with cross-cultural groups on a global level.
