We Are God Experiencing God: A Deep Dive into Consciousness with Joe Hehn

Catherine welcomes Joe Hehn, a dynamic mindset expert, keynote speaker and creator of The Higher Perspective, for a conversation about consciousness, perspective, authenticity and the idea that we are God, experiencing God, with God, through God.

Joe has more than a decade of experience helping individuals, teams and organisations cultivate positive mindsets, embrace authenticity, manifest goals, deepen connection and build thriving cultures. He is also a published novelist, corporate consultant, husband and father.

Joe shares how his own journey through success, loss, grief and searching led him to explore spirituality, neuroscience, philosophy and different traditions around the world. They discuss how perspective shapes experience, the possibility of using consciousness to create a more aligned life, and how suffering can become a gateway to transformation.

The conversation also explores Joe's experience of moving from performing and trying to prove his value towards showing up authentically, and his message to people who help others: it is not simply what you know or what you can do, but who you are that makes the difference.
