Dr. Magdalena Baciu is a storyteller and visionary helping individuals and groups birth a new living paradigm. She blends hermetic philosophy, alchemy, mythology, indigenous wisdom and healing with scientific experience and sharp intuitive insight to create unique blueprints for deep transformation, empowerment, remembrance and healing. From earliest childhood Magdalena has been aware of her love for people - and her deepest wish and mission is to one day see everyone smiling! - she will know in that moment that her work is complete.
Magdalena has a PhD in Natural Sciences. Her interdisciplinary academic work catalysed communication between several fields of research - and significant breakthroughs. In the corporate sector Magdalena fostered cross-departmental collaboration leading to amazing innovation, profitability, organisational positioning, unique stake holder and employee engagement. She went on to pursue a deeper understanding and mastery of the human journey - and develop her unique transformational offerings.
