Michael is a leadership expert, a writer, podcaster and executive coach. He has over 30 years experience in coaching, training and facilitating leaders and their teams around the globe.
As a Senior Partner he spearheaded the pioneering US based executive coaching firm KRW International to the point of sale. He led the Coaching Division of Mercer Delta Learning Center, providing programmes for top execs in global corporations such as Time Warner and Novartis.
He is now a Principal Consultant with PeopleSmart, an international boutique leadership and people development. Michael hosts PeopleSmart's podcast ‘Leadership Luminaries’. A certified GENOS practitioner, Michael is passionate about Emotional Intelligence and has been teaching EI skills since the 1980s.
His recent articles include such topics as Skillful Authenticity and Leadership & Self-Awareness. His brilliant and courageous autobiographical book ‘Gotta Kidney?! A journey from Fear to Hope and Beyond’ is available on Amazon.
Michael has a wealth of insight and capability, and a deep understanding of the human side of what it is to be a powerful and humane leader.
