Steve is a man who is not afraid to take risks. Both physically - obviously - and now more personally as he chooses to explore on the air the awkward and challenging experience of ‘starting again’.

We all know that Starting Again is an inevitable part of life experience - and yet how much energy do we put into avoiding it, or rushing headlong into it, or theorising about it, or basically anything other than mindfully experiencing and living it as it happens in real time?
