Honest Relationship, Mutual Benefit & Business Success

Paul Baron is the founder and CEO of The Wall Printer USA.

He started his career as a high school math teacher but after several years found his entrepreneurial soul kept pulling at him. His decades of business experience span B2B, B2C, retail, manufacturing, international business, and franchising. He has started and owned a series of retail stores, high technology software, communications hardware, consumer packaged goods, and machinery firms.

Paul is frequently called on to speak on sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

He is a mentor to business owners and student interns at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) and at UNCW’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE.)

He serves on advisory boards at UNCW’s Business School’s Entrepreneurship track, at non-profit organizations, and privately held businesses in Wilmington, Atlanta, and NY.

Paul combines a very human approach with business savvy. He likes to encourage others to dream big, work hard and have fun. All with a genuinely warm and encouraging style, that brooks no nonsense! I believe this combination is very much called for in these challenging times.
